Carlos began his HR career as an HR assistant and worked his way up to become the VP of HR.  He has worked as a consultant via a PEO, as well as, these industries: restaurant, retail, grocery, non-profit, emergency services, pharmacy, and cannabis. He now incorporates those years of experience and his certification as a life coach to provide support and service to individuals and business. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as, a Life Coach Certification from the Jay Shetty Certification School.
