Domonique Worship is an Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor who empowers leaders to uncover, embody and actualize their potential. With a nuanced understanding of what it takes for her clients to lead with purpose, Domonique guides leaders through pivotal changes leading to enhanced performance and deeper fulfillment in life and work. She supports her clients in cultivating self-awareness and executive leadership presence, developing a strategic roadmap and taking action to turn their vision into a reality. Before transitioning to coaching and working with leaders from companies such as DoorDash, MasterClass and Hinge, Domonique was an integral changemaker for the National Basketball Association (NBA) where she served as the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion.

Domonique earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Florida. In 2019, she earned her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the Co-Active Training Institute.
