The last 15 years as a Certified Executive Coach Ellen has been dedicated to working with others to build leadership capacity, organizational effectiveness and bottom-line results in the private and public sectors. She is certified in several assessment methodologies including EQ and 360 instruments. She has served 100’s of SMB clients across the country. Ellen is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and of New Ventures West coach training school.
