Esther Fasterra is a global operations, events, and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience across sports, live entertainment, and large-scale productions. Her career has been shaped by major international projects including the FIFA World Cup, Copa América, the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and Rock in Rio, where she has led venue operations, planning, and cross-functional teams. In parallel, she has also contributed to content and communication strategy, serving as Director of Content Creation for the Liga Nescau Summit. With a background that bridges operations, leadership, and storytelling, Esther brings a human-centered perspective to how experiences are planned, communicated, and remembered, grounded in empathy, clarity, and authentic connection.
