With over 20 years of revenue growth experience across sales, business development, partnerships and customer success functions, Greg’s expertise is in building, growing and optimizing teams and processes across multiple industries and varying organizational sizes. Prior to leading Sales, Greg helped the Customer Success team reach record low attrition numbers while increasing net revenue retention. Before joining the Constant Contact team, Greg was Chief Revenue Officer for a hospitality tech startup, Head of US Commercial Partnerships for London-based Virtual Reality tech company, Head of Licensing for two prominent content companies and Principle of a production services agency.
