SESSION TITLE
When Strong Is Too Heavy: A New Model for Marketing Leadership
SESSION DESCRIPTION
Marketing leaders are praised for resilience, agility, and grit – but at what cost? This session challenges the belief that constant strength is the price of success. Through lived experience and leadership insight, attendees will explore how survival-mode leadership shows up in marketing organizations and how to shift toward clarity, creativity, and sustainability – without sacrificing results, credibility, or ambition.
