Compulsory Booth Form
All exhibitors must complete this Compulsory Booth Form no later than March 27th, 2026. The form takes approximately five minutes and will ask you to confirm your onsite contact details, Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) details (if applicable), and any booth activities, as well as asking you to upload your Certificate of Insurance and a booth plan diagram. Please have these two documents ready before you begin, as submissions cannot be edited or re-uploaded once submitted.
Insurance and Booth Rules & Regulations
Insurance is compulsory for all exhibitors. If you need to purchase insurance to cover this event only, please follow THIS LINK. RainProtection, our insurance partner, can provide suitable cover starting from $99 + taxes. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Account Manager.

Food and/or Beverage Sampling
You may apply to offer food and/or beverage samples from your booth, only if you are the legal manufacturer or distributor of the product and if the product is relevant to the event. If you meet this eligibility requirement and wish to apply for sampling, please carefully read the MBCC Sampling Guidelines found HERE (see page 15 onwards), complete the application form and return it to cateringmbcc@sodexo.com and your Account Manager.
Sampling applications must be submitted no later than April 3rd, 2026.
Sampling Guidelines:
- Portion sizes: Predetermined limits must be strictly followed, as outlined in the application form.
- Cost: All samples must be provided free of charge to attendees.
- Location: Samples must be handed out from within your booth space only, not in gangways, theaters or other areas on the show floor.
- Insurance: A suitable Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted to Sodexo Live! and Show Management.
Note: Submitting an application form is not a guarantee of sampling approval, which is granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Show Management and Sodexo Live!
